Taxpayer Situation: The taxpayer had outstanding sales tax liabilities for 2013- 2017 in the amount of $56,226. Taxpayers had made payments to the state but had failed to file sales tax reports.

Legacy Tax & Resolution Services prepared and filed all sales tax reports for the years 2013 to 2017. Since the taxes had already been paid, it reduced the liability to zero. Under an amnesty program, Legacy Tax & Resolution Service abated the failure to file penalties.
