Tax Resolution Senior

Telecommuting Opportunity for Scottsdale Arizona Based Firm

As a Tax Resolution Senior, you will be responsible developing action plans, monitoring plan progress and monitoring deadlines. You will be expected to communicate realistic timelines and interact with Resolution Manager on a daily basis with case updates. This will be a demanding position and exceptional time management and customer service skills will be essential.

Tax Resolution Senior you will be expected to perform the following:

Interact with Resolution Manager in a professional and timely manner.
Perform welcome call with new clients utilizing exceptional customer service skills.
Update clients on case status and communicate/collect items needed to prepare case/returns.
Prioritize case load as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent and Certified Tax Resolution Specialist
At least two years of Tax Resolution experience, preferably in a high volume environment.
Exceptional customer service approach.
Positive “Can Do” attitude!
MS Excel, Word and practice management software experience is required
